Nerta Active Foam Perfumed is a concentrated pH-neutral snow foam pre-wash with a rich coconut fragrance — it clings to bodywork to lift traffic film, road grime and dust before contact washing, reducing the risk of wash-induced swirl marks on cars, vans and motorhomes.

The pH-neutral formula is sealant-safe and ceramic-coating-safe at recommended dilution, making it the ideal pre-wash for detailers protecting investment paintwork.

This is a concentrated formula and must be diluted before use.

How to use Active Foam Perfumed

1. Pre-rinse the vehicle with clean water.
2. Dilute Active Foam Perfumed at the rate suggested for your equipment.
3. Apply through a foam lance and let it dwell for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Agitate where needed and rinse off completely.
5. Continue with your contact wash and dry as normal.

FAQs

What is the dwell time before the foam starts drying on the panel?
The thick foam will stay wet on bodywork for around 3–5 minutes in cool conditions. Avoid letting it dry in direct sun and rinse before evaporation begins.

Is the coconut scent strong enough to overpower a chemical-smelling wash bay?
The coconut fragrance is rich and tropical — most users find it noticeably masks the harsher industrial odours of typical pre-wash chemistry.

Can I use it as my full wash chemical, or is a contact shampoo still needed?
It is designed as a pre-wash only — use it to lift the bulk of dirt before contact washing with a dedicated shampoo to safely finish the wash.

Will it work in a roll-over carwash arch or is it strictly for hand foam-lance use?
It is optimised for foam-lance and pressure-washer pre-wash. For automated arches choose a TFR or arch-specific snow foam at the correct viscosity.
