Yes, since 2017. We're one of the UK's authorised Nerta professional distributors, shipping direct from our Suffolk base near Bury St Edmunds. Every product is genuine stock with full traceability, sourced direct from the manufacturer, not re-labelled or repackaged.
Every day. We run our own working truck wash at Em Truck Stop Ltd, cleaning HGVs with the same Nerta chemistry we sell you. If it doesn't perform on a 44-tonne artic covered in road film, it doesn't stay on our shelves.

500L, 1L, 5L, 25L, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs on every core product. Smaller sizes for workshop use, IBCs for high-volume operators. If you need a size not listed, ask, we can usually source it.
Most are available to both. Everything we sell is professional-grade, but dilute correctly and follow the label, and our products work just as well on your driveway as they do in our truck wash. The difference versus supermarket car care is concentration, professional formulas go further, cut through heavier dirt, and cost less per wash.
Some products are trade-only. Certain concentrated acids, alkalis and heavy-duty degreasers are classified for professional use only and can't be supplied to domestic customers under UK COSHH regulations. These are clearly marked on the product page and require a verified trade account to purchase. If a product is restricted, you'll see it before checkout, no surprises.
Retail shelves are dominated by watered-down consumer versions of professional products. Ours are full-strength, trade-grade formulas sourced direct from European manufacturers like Nerta. One 5L drum of concentrate will typically outlast 3-4 retail bottles, so even at a higher upfront price, the cost per wash is lower.
Free UK delivery on parcel orders over £99. Orders under that are £5.99 via InPost. Bulk and pallet orders (25L drums and above) are quoted separately, contact us for a shipping quote before placing large orders.
We dispatch via InPost, typically 2-5 working days to UK mainland after dispatch. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. After 1pm or at weekends, next working day.
Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take 2-3 extra days. Pallet orders take 2-5 working days and are arranged separately.
Every product label shows the recommended dilution ratio, but the right dilution also depends on how dirty the vehicle is and the application method (foam lance, pressure sprayer, hand application). If you're unsure, contact us, we can advise based on your vehicle, equipment and the dirt level you're dealing with.
Yes for concentrated chemicals. Gloves and eye protection are essential when handling neat product, particularly traffic film removers, wheel cleaners and degreasers. Once diluted correctly, most products are safe for normal hand contact, but always check the label.
Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and technical data are available on every product page, download direct. Trade customers can request consolidated SDS packs for compliance filing.
If you're a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel under UK law. Once a chemical is opened, partially used or the tamper seal is broken, it can't be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless it's faulty.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return postage and arrange a replacement or refund. Email info@snowfoam.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Trade customers are subject to separate terms, see our Returns & Refunds policy.
We run a working truck wash. Every product on our site earned its place by performing in our own wash bay, on real vehicles covered in road film, brake dust, grease and grime. We don't stock products we wouldn't use ourselves, and we don't pad the range with own-brand filler.
