We only share your data with these providers where necessary to run our business, fulfil your order, or with your consent. We do not sell your personal data or share it for unrelated third-party commercial purposes.

Retention

- Order and transaction records: 6 years after the end of the financial year (HMRC legal requirement).
- Customer account data: retained while your account is active. We will delete or anonymise inactive accounts on request or after prolonged inactivity.
- Marketing consent records: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, plus 2 years for audit purposes.
- Email enquiries and support messages: up to 3 years after the last interaction, unless required for a dispute or legal claim.
