Delivery Information

At SnowFoamUK, we ship orders across the UK from our base at EM Truckstop, Risby IP28 6RD. All cleaning chemicals are packed securely to prevent damage in transit. This page explains our delivery costs, dispatch times, and what to expect from your order.

Delivery Costs

For standard UK parcel delivery, orders of £49 or more qualify for free delivery. For orders below £49, DHL Next Working Day and InPost Home Delivery cost £3.99, and InPost Locker delivery costs £2.99. Available options and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout.

Large drums and bulk orders, including 200L drums and 1,000L IBCs, also qualify for free UK delivery. Pallet deliveries are handled by Hazchem and may take longer than standard parcels. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 1pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.

We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Delivery Times

Our standard parcel delivery options have the following estimated delivery times:

• DHL Next Working Day: 1–2 working days
• InPost Home Delivery: 3–5 working days
• InPost Locker: 3–5 working days
• Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland: allow 2–3 additional working days
• Hazchem pallet deliveries (large drums and IBCs): up to 3 working days

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your parcel from our warehouse to your chosen delivery address or locker.

Delivery Options

• DHL Next Working Day: delivery to your home or business address
• InPost Home Delivery: delivery to your home or business address
• InPost Locker: collection from an InPost locker

You can choose from the available options at checkout.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address or locker choice is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

If you'll be away, choose InPost locker delivery at checkout for 7-day collection flexibility.

Hazardous Goods

Some concentrated cleaning chemicals are classified as hazardous under UK transport regulations. These items are shipped in compliance with ADR transport rules and may have limited delivery options.

Hazardous items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Affected products will be flagged at checkout.

Damaged Deliveries

Inspect your parcel on arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

• Photograph the packaging and damaged items before opening fully
• Email info@snowfoam.uk with photos and your order number
• We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our cost

Missing Deliveries

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived:

• Check with neighbours and your local InPost locker first
• Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
• We'll investigate with the courier and resolve the issue

International Delivery

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

For EU or international enquiries, contact us at info@snowfoam.uk. We may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis for trade orders.
