Returns & Refunds Policy

At SnowFoamUK, we want you to be happy with every order. This policy explains how and when you can return items, and what to expect.
Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling Off)
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To exercise this right:
- Email us at info@snowfoam.uk or call (+44) 7915 860 793 within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Return the items within 14 days of notifying us
You'll receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a full refund, items must be:
- Unopened and unused, with all original packaging, seals and labels intact
- In resaleable condition
- Returned within 14 days of you notifying us
Chemicals that have been opened, partially used, decanted or contaminated cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Return Postage
- Customer pays return postage for unwanted items or change-of-mind returns
- We cover return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items
We recommend using a tracked service. We can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery:
- Email info@snowfoam.uk with your order number
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
- We'll arrange a replacement, refund or collection at our cost
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a full refund for faulty goods reported within 30 days.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, legal and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or part-used chemicals
- Products with broken tamper seals
- Custom blended or specially ordered items
- Trade bulk orders over 25L (unless faulty)
- Items damaged through misuse or incorrect application
How to Return an Item
- Contact us first, do not send items back without authorisation
- We'll provide return instructions and (where applicable) a returns reference
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods
- Refunds go back to the original payment method
- Original delivery charges are refunded only if the full order is returned or the item is faulty
- You may receive the refund in 2-5 working days after we process it, depending on your bank
Trade & Bulk Orders
Trade customers with a fleet account are covered by separate terms agreed at account setup. Standard consumer rights still apply to B2C transactions under the 14-day cooling off rule. B2B sales (business-to-business) are not covered by the 14-day cooling off period unless specifically agreed.
