How to use Mega Foam Cleaner

1. Wear chemical-resistant gloves, eye protection and protective clothing.
2. Pre-rinse the vehicle with high-pressure water.
3. Dilute Mega Foam Cleaner per label — stronger for the worst contamination.
4. Apply via foam system from the bottom up, working in manageable sections.
5. Allow brief dwell on the surface (do not let it dry).
6. Rinse off thoroughly with high-pressure clean water before contact washing.

FAQs

Why does it carry a corrosive-to-metals warning if it is for vehicle washing?
At pH 12.4 prolonged contact can attack uncoated aluminium and bare lightweight metals. Always rinse before drying, do not allow extended dwell, and avoid use on polished aluminium fuel tanks or unsealed metal trims.

Is it safe for daily use on a coated HGV trailer or only as occasional deep clean?
Reserve Mega Foam for periodic deep cleans where lighter products cannot cope. For daily HGV washing, step down to Sky WE 64 or Traffic Foam Cleaner.

Will it strip wax, sealant or wash arch protectants?
Yes — it is too aggressive to be used alongside protected-vehicle programmes. Plan it for clean-down sessions before re-applying any protectants.

Does it need warm water to perform, or will cold water do?
It will work with cold water but performance and dwell behaviour improve with warm water. For depot wash bays heating the water gives noticeably faster cuts on baked-on grime.
