How to use Nerta Snowfoam

1. Pre-rinse the vehicle to clear loose dirt and dust.
2. Dilute Nerta Snowfoam at the recommended ratio for your foam lance (typically 1:10 to 1:20).
3. Apply via foam lance or foam system from the bottom upwards for full coverage.
4. Allow 3–5 minutes dwell time — do not let the foam dry on the surface.
5. Rinse off thoroughly with clean water from the top down before contact washing.

FAQs

Is it truly safe on a freshly applied ceramic coating?
Yes — at pH ~7.5 it is fully ceramic-coating safe. Wait at least 7 days after a fresh coating before first use, then it can be used as the standard weekly pre-wash.

How does “nano-active” differ from a standard snow foam?
The nano-active surfactants encapsulate dirt particles at a microscopic level so they release from paint without you having to scrub — measurably reducing wash-induced micro-marring.

Why is the foam thick rather than runny?
Thick foam clings vertically to panels for several minutes, which is essential for letting the chemistry break down dirt before the rinse. Runny foam slides off before it can do its job.

Can it be used in a roll-over arch system or only with a hand foam-lance?
It is optimised for foam lance and foam system pre-wash. Roll-over arches typically use lower-viscosity arch-specific foams — check with your equipment manufacturer first.
