To make this product more accessible for enthusiasts and customers who do not require a full 5L container, we offer it in convenient 500ml and 1L bottles. These smaller bottles are filled and packaged by Snow Foam UK using the original Nerta concentrate.
The product is supplied 100% pure concentrate with no dilution, additives, or modifications. Only the packaging differs from the original Nerta container.
DELIVERY
Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Standard UK delivery starts from £3.99, with free UK delivery on orders over £99. Delivery usually takes 3-4 working days after dispatch. We currently ship to UK addresses only.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging with seals and labels intact. Opened, part-used or contaminated chemicals cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.
Customers are responsible for return postage on unwanted items. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund or collection at our cost.
