Watery snow foam?
How we helped a customer get better results on their farm

One of our customers was using Nerta Active Diamond Foam to wash machinery on their farm, but getting little more than water and bubbles from the lance. We visited to check their equipment and find out what was going wrong.

The problem

The chemical was only part of the setup.

The customer had a 200L drum of Nerta Active Diamond Foam. The problem was what came out of the lance: watery spray with bubbles, rather than the foam they expected.

The injector was damaged and water was flowing back into the chemical container. We also found leaks in several places. The repair involved the injector, lance and gun, as well as stopping the leaks.

The work

What we changed

  1. Replaced the injector.
  2. Repaired leaks in several places.
  3. Replaced the lance.
  4. Replaced the pressure washer gun.
The result

Better foam application after the repairs.

The photos show the difference in foam appearance during the visit. Several parts of the setup were repaired or replaced together, so this result cannot be attributed to the injector alone.

The customer was ordering chemical frequently, which raised concerns about consumption. With water flowing back into the container, however, the liquid level could not reliably show how much concentrate was being used. We could see the improvement in foam after the repairs, but could not put a reliable figure on chemical savings.

Support that goes beyond supplying the chemical.

This farm already bought its chemical from us. The customer paid only for the replacement equipment. We carried out the checks and repairs at no additional charge.

We want our customers to get the most from the concentrated products they buy from us. A higher drum price makes it especially important to use the chemical correctly, with a setup that draws the right amount rather than wasting it.

That is why we help with the equipment as well as the product. The aim is effective cleaning with controlled chemical use and less waste, so customers can make their supply and their money go further.
